A career in the travel industry has always been a natural fit for Caroline Wood. After studying business in college, Caroline began working in the financial industry, but was soon to find that her true passion lies in travel. Her original focus was on planning group trips for family reunions, large corporations and non-profit organizations. She has planned trips for the National Trust for Historic Preservation, the Museum of Natural Sciences and Defenders of Wildlife. "Each individual has different preferences when it comes to hotels, activities and experiences on their 'must do' list. I find out what they have liked and disliked about vacations in the past, so I can finely tune their current trip to match their desires."

Caroline is now incredibly experienced in planning all types of travel. She specializes in highly customized itineraries for families, couples or individuals who want to experience the American West. She has resided in Bozeman, Montana for the past 12 years and knows the region inside and out. Her first hand knowledge of hotels, ranches and lodges allows her to personally suggest and vouch for the very best guides, restaurants and activities to be found in the region. Caroline could even go so far as to predict the weather patterns for you.
