We first did business with Pam when she was with another travel agency. That was our fifth cruise and Pam just happened to be the person who took our call. Oh lucky us! From that first encounter, in what will be 29 cruises ago this year, we have dealt with no other agent, nor have we ever considered it. We have followed Pam as she has moved both personally and professionally because she became a dear friend from the beginning. From a call to have lunch, to a call just to chat, to a visit to see our new home, Pam has become a caring friend who just happens to be our travel agent. We have enthusiastically referred friends, neighbors and professional acquaintances to Pam whenever they exhibited signs of catching the "cruising fever." This is because we knew Pam would not only go out of her way to ensure they got the cruise they wanted for the best available price, but she would make it all such an utterly pleasant experience for them.
