Foraging the Forgotten
Coast
4-Day Culinary Expedition with Chef Chris Hastings
|
Experience the history, the people, the culture and most importantly - the
food - of "Florida's Forgotten Coast." Renowned Chef Chris Hastings of Birmingham's
Hot & Hot Fish Club
will be your guide as you make your way through the idyllic communities of Northwestern
Florida and forage for your meals. Chef Hastings will share his passion for the
region through thoughtfully planned experiences that lift the veil and expose
the heart and soul of the people, heritage and food. Along each stop of your culinary
excursion, you'll be met by a "cast of characters" - local legends and purveyors
of the land who will share their unique insights.
This excursion is being offered July 17-20, 2008 and October 23-26, 2008
